The challenge
We have been providing a complete website design service for this client since 1999 and since then their online business has evolved and grown massively. British Insurance are now positioned as a highly competitive provider of insurance on the internet.
During the last 12 months we have been working to further improve the British Insurance website to enable our client to achieve even more sales online. The main issues that needed to be addressed were:
- Improve natural SEO rankings and achieve more sales from this route
- Enable re-listing of website in Google index after a ban imposed on a previous owner of the domain name
- Place greater emphasis on key business and product selling points
- Enhance instant quote and application form functionality
