What are benefits of using this system for project communication?
It can be fustrating searching through your emails to read previous messages on projects, especially if they have been deleted for whatever reason. Add to that the visual clutter created by multiple replies to a message and email becomes a cumbersome way of dealing with pproject communication.
Our Client Area streamlines the process of dealing with projects as all communications are held in an organised area where existing projects can be accessed at any time and updated with new information/instructions.
Do you find that more than one project finds it's way into an email message? Well, with this system you can keep each individual project seperate, ensuring that all instructions are received as well as reducing confusion and mis-communication.
When a project is completed, it is archived. This means that all communications relating to the project are stored incase they need to be referred to at a future date. An archived project can be set live again if it needs to be updated with new information or further instructions.
How will I know if a new comment has been posted on a project in the Client Area?
You will still receive an email to your inbox each time an update/comment is posted on your project. You can then login to read the full message, add your own commments and provide further instructions.
What if I want to start a new project with Areoff?
If you have a new project you wish to work on with us, simply email us with your instructions. We will then set up a new project in the Client Area. From then on your communications on this project will be organized and centralised along with your other current and previous projects.
Instead of relying on your email Inbox to keep track of projects switch to our new Client Area for project communications.
