Surveys and Statistics

The Enfield Strategic Partnership is in the process in preparing the Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy and the Community Strategy. A great deal of research has already been undertaken to inform these strategies. The surveys and research used in preparation are listed below.

Surveys:

  • Resident's Survey in Priority Neighbourhoods - A survey carried out by MORI of residents in the 5 five priority wards in Enfield targeted by the Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy (Angel Road, Craig Park, Latymer, Ponders End, St. Peter's). The survey covers a wide range of subjects including employment, community involvement, health, education, crime, use and satisfaction of local services and refugees and asylum seekers - (MS Word 7) - 503k file

  • Enfield Neighbourhood Renewal Assessment - A study of the make up of the London Borough of Enfield. An analysis by ward of unemployment, low income and low pay, housing, disabled, lone parents, the elderly, children and young people, black and minority ethnic groups, crime and disorder, health, occupation and skills, and educational achievement. The study was carried out by Local Economy Solutions in collaboration with the Regional Centre for Neighbourhood Renewal.

  • Residents Survey 2003 - This baseline survey of residents was conducted by MORI's Local Government Research Unit on behalf of Enfield Council.
