I'm a bit mad about beach huts. Let me clarify: photographing them. Although I wouldn't mind owning one down at the local beach. Just to potter around in when the weather is good. Or to set up my camera on a tripod and take a 1,000 pictures of the water. Maybe to give the kid a bit of beach-side fun over the summer.
I'm the geezer behind the £50k beach hut photo. But moving on quickly from that I love the look of these colourful little hovels.
So without further ado here's my stash of beach hut pics mostly taken down on the local beach at Thorpe Bay, which is the posh bit of sunny Southend-on-Sea.
You can even buy a print, license an image for your lovely summery products or just look and think of hot days and ice cream down on the shingle spit. Just get in touch. Remember: don't use my pics without my permission and peddle them as your own because you'll have me to answer to and what's more, you'll have forever stolen the soul of the beloved British beach hut.
It might take me a while to get them all published again so keep checking back for more colourful sheds. I mean beach huts.
